Companies actually have an online reputation management with the rise of the internet power consumers now have. Facebook and twitter are great avenues of posting complaints and i bet you, these companies will do everything to keep complaints away from their names.

This is a tremendous list of great minds and experts I have found your blog to be a great resource .it’s great to hear that you thought about what was and wasn’t working in your job search and adjusted your strategy accordingly. In many cases, job seekers tend to keep doing the same things over and over again and expecting to get different results (I think that’s somebody’s definition of insanity isn’t it?), when in fact they might be better advised to study where they are going wrong and seek out more effective methods. All the best! Then take a brutally honest look at your top management and reinforce the attitude that the customer may not always be right, but they are always the customer. Message: Excellent customer service is paramount to your success.

Numerous methods in promoting customer service have been developed and used as years passed by. Verbal conversations over the phone used to be the only mode of communication between the representative and the customers. Now they representatives can be reached via chat, e-mail, and even social media. These technologies have brought businesses and customers closer than ever.
